Rajeev Menon is a Director of Catalyst Solutions. He brings more than thirty years of experience in business strategy, financial services and building businesses to the firm's work with clients across its regions.

Rajeev began his career in sales with Nestlé, then moved into retail and private banking with HSBC, Times Bank and Deutsche Bank, where he helped build retail banking businesses and managed relationships with high-value wealth management clients. In 2001 he founded a bespoke software company in Mumbai, with an office in Dallas, serving the North American market. He later served as Vice President, Business Development at Lavasa Corporation, the largest planned city project in modern India, and as India Head for a Sydney-based asset infrastructure company.

Outside work, Rajeev serves on the advisory board of Habitat for Humanity, contributing his experience in real estate and community development, and is a keen golfer.
